For the cost this hotel is great! It was clean and we felt safe. We’ve stayed at more expensive hotels in Beaumont that weren’t as clean. It is an older hotel and there was paint peeling on the door.
The price was in my budget. The rooms were very nice for the price.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was the best it could be. I made reservations thru a 3rd party app. I unkownly put the wrong dates and paid for the stay. When i arrived to hotel Roxy corrected the issue that the 3rd party app said was NONE REFUNDABLE. Previously, i rebooked dates thinking i would loose my money, as it has happen before going thru 3rd party apps. But Roxy contacted the 3rd party app, which took forever for them to respond back and she resolved my mishap. My room was really clean (i love to walk bare feet on a clean floor). Had everything i needed. My stay was good. The room and service is above the cost to stay at Spindletop.
The jacuzzi suite was just what I needed!! Room was huge and had everything I needed.
The stay was pleasant. The staff were exceptional!! The room was clean and cozy.
